Restless Oceans recently supported Afro Celt Sound System on the OVA album tour and performed to a packed out Stables theatre in Milton Keynes. It’s a special bond between members of the rhythm section! We’re busy making plans and booking shows and festivals for the year ahead. Where would YOU like to see Restless Oceans perform?

We had the great pleasure of performing on the Int

We had the great pleasure of performing on the Introducing Stage at the UK West Coast Folk Festival in Blackpool this past weekend. We were part of a lineup of incredibly talented bands and musicians and felt very honoured to have the opportunity to join in and share our music with such an attentive and appreciative audience.

The audience, by way of individuals voting, chose its favourite Introducing Stage performance from each day across the three day event. We are extremely happy to report that we were one of those bands selected!

We now get to return next year and play the Main Stage, along with the fantastic @eleanorgregorduo and Duncan McFarlane Band (@dmcfmusic), who were selected on the other days.

We made lots of new friends at the festival and all of the bands and artists on the Introducing Stage deserved to win. We feel very fortunate and grateful to have been selected.

Thank you to Stephen, @alanritson and the whole @solid.entertainments team for a brilliant event. Here’s to January 2026!

Thank you to everyone who has helped to make 2024 the best one yet for Restless Oceans. From supporting @samkellysings and @afrocelt.soundsystem, countless other fantastic shows, creating music videos with @conortychowski and making new friends up and down the country, to breaking ground on what will become our new album in 2025 at @evolutionstudiosoxford, we’ve had an amazing year.

Thank you for joining us on the journey. We can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store - starting with the West Coast Folk Festival on the 12th January!
